Cold and running nose
Since last one week i am having cold and running nose and also i am continuously sneezing for 5-6times when i sneeze, nose also becomes red

You seem to be suffering from acute viral rhinitis which is a common type of nose infection. You may need to take anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use sinarest tablet three times daily for three days
