Cold at Morning
Hi,
I am suffering from cold at morning when wake up. Later on it will be reduced. Right now I using chestn cold tablet from last 1 days. I am working in a office, I am some affected with AC at office. I used to travel by bike around 20 km daily.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
