Hi, You can very safely use Anu Taila as nasal drops for cold. It is very powerful and sometimes there is no need to take any other medicine. I always recommend one from Kottakal vaidya shala. Apart from that, you can use septilin tabs and syrup. They are safe to use. For body ache, try massage therapy on limbs with warm Mahanarayan oil. It has excellent results and probably might not need any medicines. Shatavari cap from Himalaya are very effective in controlling most of the discomforts of pregnancy. She can use 2 tabs once a day safely. Best wishes!
