My 3yr old daughter is having watery eyes, flowing nose dry cough and fever(100 c) since morning. She's not feeling to eat anything and not comfortable in sleeping.

She is mostly suffering from viral fever with urti. Drink lots of water, take crocin for fever, and antihistaminics for cold. Symptoms will resolve in 2-3 days.
