Cold Cough
It's been 2 weeks, my child is not getting better, gave him Sincerest AF for 3 days, still didn't get better, consulted a doc at Apollo he gave Maxtra however in vain, it's been 3 days. I don't want to nebulize.. The cold and cough is not worst., But not getting better.. He is just 4 months. Wish I could giv antibiotics.. Need guidance.. I stay in Wanowrie..

If I were you,  I'd prefer nebulisation to antibiotics, because the latter maybe useless if he's suffering from a viral infection. In that case,  nebulisation will help especially since the medicines used will help relieve his congestion faster than orally administered meds
