Cold during pregnancy
I am 5 months pregnant and down with severe cold and little cough. Nose is completely blocked. Please prescribe a medicine which is safe during pregnancy.

You seem to be suffering from common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously within few days. There are only few medications which can be given safely during pregnancy such as saline nasal drops. You need to take anti cold medicines under doctors supervision. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
