Cold for new born
My new born 18days old baby boy having loose stool and having little cold. He took vomit once.
He is taking Feeding often. Passing urine and stool frequently.but he s feeling restless. What to do?

Firstly,feed the baby at regular intervals of atleast 2 hours,give ONLY breast milk,nothing else.
Consistency of stools at this age is not significant medically unless it's watery or very hard.
Give just steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block.
