Cold hands and feet
Hello for the last few days my feet and hands have started getting exceptionally cold.if i touch my feet or palms it feels like ice..not sure why.hence i started wearing socks as well at home to keep them warm.but want to know the root cause..i take bp medication every morning concor cor 2.5mg for the last 8 to 9 months. is this happening due to the medicine?also i have recently started gyming.please help.

Hello well it is not related to the medicine now you're starting to gym but then it is because of the cold weather outside and your body is taking some time to get accustomed to that.
Do not worry just continue your methods of keeping yourself warm and drink hot soup and warm food items that will help you thank you
