  4. Cold medication dose details. Relent+?

Cold medication dose details
Hi, my Son is suffering from cold fever and cough. I have crocin 240, maxtra and relent +. I already gave crocin at 6 pm today as he got 101 fever. At 8 pm gave maxtra too for cold. Now should i give him relent+ ?
