Cold medicine while breastfeeding
Hello I am having cold from 2 days. Tried home remedies but didn't reduce. I am currently breastfeeding my 5 month old baby. Which cold medicine can be taken by breastfeeding mother's?

You can use simple anti cold preparation like chlorphenaramine maleate which is relatively safe during breastfeeding feeding. Though other medicines like cetrizine are relatively safe they can pass through breast milk and better to be avoided
