Cold, runny nose and pain across nose

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been having cold and runny nose for around 8 days..now from past 4 days I'm experiencing pain across the left nostril and left upper jaw whenever I clean my nose.and this sensitive pain is little more while removing yellowish nasal discharge..can anyone suggest me what to do and what medicine I have to take...
