Collagenous gastritis
I have been on treatment for gastritis since January 18, i was sleeping on time during college but now my 3rd prof exams are approaching and i couldn't sleep on time from last 20 days. I'm sleeping at 4-5am and wake up at 2-3pm. I'm feeling worried this will again ruin my health again whichever is somewhat improved. I think i have 'generalised anxiety disorder'. This is same scene before every exam like NEET, 1st mbbs, 2nd mbbs. I lack enthusiasm to do better for my health and always feel low and devastated. Currently I'm taking Cap. Deltone60( dexlansoprazole 60mg), Tab. Prebel-n(Pregablin 75mg +nortriptyline 10mg).

Try to adopt life style modification..Increase the sleep time and try to avoid late night excursions..Take PPI for 6-8 week..Drinking plenty of water will help u recover from the scene..Still if the things persist..consult for Endoscopy
