Collar bone fracture
I had an accident 10 days back resulted in collar bone fracture.
i consulted a doctor he gave me sling and figure of 8 belt. and ask me to come back after a month, there is nothing much to worry about this. how can i track if i am healing or not?

You continue with this sling and maximum rest for almost 4weeks. An x-ray will help to know about the healing. Healing takes 4-5 weeks at least.
