Colon Stents instead of colon bypass
My father (63 yrs.) - diagnosed Stage IV colon cancer in march 2016; 11 chemotherapy and 10 radiotherapy in DHRC Delhi. On alternative medicines (ayurvedic) since Nov 2017. Having frequent motions and pain since July 2017 due to tumor blocking stool. Possible to have colon stents or laser ablation or radio therapy to give him some relief in pain?

We need to assess the extent of the tumor and metastasis. There are treatments like pipac for peritoneal Mets and microwave ablation for limited lung and liver Mets. If disease is resectable, it can be removed by surgery to relieve the bowel symptoms. Can you send a detailed report, so that we can guide you better
