Colored urine
I have notice my urine getting dark and kind of red after an episode of dehydration a few months ago. I stopped drinking coffee and drink more water. I had a cup of coffee 5 days ago and i notice the urine came back light red agin

It may not be directly related to coffee, please do a complete analysis of Urine and ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis. In your age, blood colour urine has to be seen seriously. Check your serum PSA also. Ensure adequate hydration by taking around 3 litres of fluids per day if not contraindicated.
