My baby 1 month old she is suffering stomach gripping pain my dr suggest colpep drop .colpep drop is harmful for liver damage

Colic,or griping pain is NORMAL in babies,and will persist till 3-4 months of age.
This usually occurs in evening or night.
This is NOT a disease and needs NO medicine.
Just ensure 2 hours gap inbetween feeds,burp for 10 mins after every feed,AND whenever she has colic.
