My baby weight is 7.4kg and his age is 1 yr one month. He had fever for last 4 days i gave him combiflam and try syrup each 5ml. Now his fever goes but he is always crying without reason and not active. And refusing to feed. Did I give over dose? Please suggest me further solution.

Sponge body for 20 minutes if temp is above 100 F
Paracetamol drops 10 drops can be given in addition
Baby is underweight & nutrition deficient so improve diet small & frequent
Avoid bottle feed if doing
Have patience baby is learning to eat solids

Yor concern is whether you have given accidental overdose of medications
Regarding combiflam it is a combination of 2 medications, ibuprofen and paracetamol
According to your child's weight 3.5ml of medicine was enough
But 5ml might not have caused overdose
Ibuprofen is gastric irritant too
My suggestions
1.Next time for fever try to give plain PARACETAMOL syp.
According weight and as prescribed by doctor
2.you are also concerned that child not active, not taking feeds, crying
Eventhough post febrile period, this can happen,
