Combiflam is right medicine during pregn
My wife is pregnant and she is completed 3 month 6 days but she is surfing from cold fever so she taken combiflam only one time. So medicine is right in this situation? Please update

Painkillers are given when necessary only In pregnancy..
In very late stage no painkillers are given.
Paracetamol is safer.. But consult physician before any medication during pregnancy
