Coming off antidepressants
It's been about 6 months since I abruptly stopped taking my anxiety medication and I'm beginning to feel dizzy, sick and headachy as well as very depressed and suffering from insomnia. I've booked an appointment to see a doctor but I'm really worried about what the long term effects might be from not taking the medication.

Any medication has certain method when one wants to stop. Particularly anti anxiety or anti depressant ones.
