Communication problem
Hi my 8yrs daughter has high iq bit till now unable to express properly her speech is fine ,sings very well , drawing is excellent , grasping and picture memory is very good she is also a hyper active girl suffers from anxiety.. communicate very little to us or friends as unable. to finds words to. communicate ..my question is why she is unable to express till now .. we r really worried abt her .. pls help.
