Complaint for unprofessional behaviour
I had made appointment for blood test in practo , the person came to my home and took the blood sample. After 3 days as I haven't received any report I made a complaint and I was informed that my blood sample was damaged and they want to come again for the collection of blood sample or they want to refund. I asked for the refund but it's been more then a week there is no response. I want a phone number to speak with the concerned person... kindly reply...
