Complete tore of left knee ACL
I have been injured 3 weeks before. I am unable to walk by myself. In the recent MRI report of my knee they have given the report as complete torn of ACL . Now I want to know that whether I have to go for surgery or it can be healed by any other methods like physiotherapy etc...

Depend upon whether u have any instability feeling while walking. If present arthroscopic acl reconstruction il b needed
