Complex PTSD
Hello, I was recently diagnosed with a form of complex PTSD or Dissociative PTSD. Im only 24 years old and Ive been trying to stay positive about this. I recently read online that complex ptsd can cause significant or permanent changes in personality. Over the years I noticed my personality change after my acute stress reaction and now Im very upset and scared that Ill never rebound and feel like my true self again.
