Computer glasses use
Hello doctor, can I use computer glasses though I don't have any power? If I use computer glasses for many years can it give me any eye problems like power or vision deficiency? And if I can use computer glasses then what kind of glasses should I go for?

If you have increased screen time, you can use glasses with antireflective coating and blue filter, even if you have no power. Use of these glasses will not lead to future eye problems. Start using lubricant drops, limit screen time with frequent breaks in between.
