We are trying from last 2 months but i m not conceiving baby..before my period,i feel pain in my left buttocks,back of the thigh and calf region..please suggest me to concieve fast..

2 months is very short time. You have not mentioned your age. You also have not mentioned duration of marriage and any previous pregnancies. But considering that you are young, I would suggest you to try for another 10 months/4 months if no previous child / if you have children respectively. If you are too anxious you may consult a Gynaecologist earlier.
