Everyone at some point struggles with long hours of study or long term concentration. We zone out and get lost in our own thoughts. This happens frequently only to those who are clearly not interested in the subject or the lecture. Can you forget your best friend's surname or your father's middle name and qualification? But it is difficult to remember names of some random person you met at a function or meeting. These cases suggest you lack interest in the subjects you are studying and hence mind loses concentration and loses memory of read text matter. This is simple behaviour and attitude problem. Any Psychologist would be able to help you. We join colleges based on parent's or peer pressure. Maybe a student has no interest in engineering or medical but is good in creative arts. Yet they join the engineering college, score poor marks, blame various things or blame self to go into depression. An Aptitude Test is a must for every SSC student to get clarity on innate skills, abilities and maximise their talent potential.
