Continuous headaches...as if i am seeing dreams even when i am awake...not able do change my routine ...not able to pursue anything new..continuous shakiness in hands..memory loss too..i think it can be dimentia

Not dementia at this age group...rare possible...You have most probably Anxiety disorder...MRI Brain n TSH like investigation required n detailed history..
