Dear client It seems you are preoccupied with some concerns. That is why you can't concentrate. Eventually you can't remember details. Try to maintain routine and strictly follow it.Keep reminder and checklists. Start doing breathing exercises. Preferably early morning and at bedtime 10 min each.
Next Steps
If there some emotional issue take help of a psychiatrist or counselor.
