Hi, few month back i removed my uterus cervix(TLH surgery) because uterus fibroid and left ovarian cyst. But ovary is still there without cyst now. My cyst biopsy was normal. It was simple cyst.
My concern is still there are chances to have of ovarian cancer in the future, if yes how much chance? Though i am fit and healthy now except some vaginal fungal infection.

Usually after 45 years they remove both the ovaries .As for your concern there is 0.5 -1 percent chance .of having ovarian cancer .
Next Steps
I don't think that you should be alarmed .
Health Tips
get a yearly pelvic scan .for any evidence of cyst occuring . If there is f/o ovarian cancer ,or high risk factor , get Ca 125 marker estimation .that will do.
Ideally a yearly sono must be done and a ca125 ( blood test ) should be done if the ovary shows any sign of cyst / enlargement. The risk depends on multiple factors - age / family history/ history of certain medications / obesity etc
