Concern about posture
What should be my standing, sitting or reading , sleeping posture when I have condition like cervical spondalytis or neck and back discomfort with little pain due to tmj disorder problem?

Hi,consult an orthopaedic surgeon who shall prescribe you medicines and suggest some exercises,also see an experienced dentist for TMJ problem.Soft diet is advised for patients suffering from TMJ problem along with moist heat fomentation over the cheek 4 to 5 times daily.
