Concerning Menstrual Health
Hi. I am a female and fifteen years of age. Since age ten I have had my menstrual cycle. I experience : heavy and irregular blood flows (with blood clots) , irregular colors of blood, sever cramps that sometimes be relieved by over the counter medicine, loose/runny stools, heat flashes, chills, and fatigue. My cramps (located in my back) can make me miss school or activities, and I find sleeping on cold floors are the best. With research I believe I may have endometriosis. Thanks!

U hav severe premenstrual symptoms. Symptomatic management is the treatment.  Get an ultrasound lower abdomen done to rule out endometriomas. Endometriosis can only be ruled out by diagnostic laparoscopy.
