Concussion
Was concussed playing rugby 3 days ago and still displaying symptoms. This is my 5th concussion in recent years and I was thinking it might be time for me to stop playing entirely to prevent further injury. Any advice?

Are you not wearing head gear for the play if you’re prone to head injury it is better to leave this play for a while and see a physician in a hospital or PHC nearby you or a sports physician in your academy for further advice
