Confused on whom to consult
He's probably worried about what could be going wrong as he's not able to grow a beard or have any strength in his body hair. He seems to be pretty confident that it's not hereditary and that it's not common among his family members. It would be really helpful if someone could shed some light on it and also direct him to the right specialist.
