Confusion about conceiving
I am overweight and have started family planning recently. Each month is turning out to be stressful since the hope of having conceived is shattered. Since I'm working and have a busy life, unable to devote considerable time to exercise but have kept my diet under control. Before starting unprotected sex, my periods were regular and on time; but this changed when we decided to start a family. Been taking duphaston that has helped regulate periods but I'm not sure if I'm ovulating every cycle or not; would really need help on what treatments could I explore to be able to conceive naturally; given my age, would they be safe and advisable to adhere to? Really need valuable inputs and help since I'm very confused and worried. :(
