Confusion and Anxiety
My father who is 68 years old. He is diabetic and has BP for which he is taking medication. He was fine all these years but from the last 2 months we are seeing a lot of changes in his behaviour. He gets confused as to what to do given two choices. The choices could be very easy ones. For example if you want to eat a particular dish or not. He is not able to take that small decision and he asks all of us at home. After taking that decision he thinks that his decision was wrong. Second thing, he forgets a few things nowadays. In a given task he forgets did he complete it or not. For example after  performing pooja to God he forgets did he actually performed pooja or no. Third thing he complaints he does not get proper sleep. He sleeps well till 1 AM or 2 AM. If he wakes up for using restroom he cannot sleep after that.We see a little fear in his face. Kindly guide me for the next steps and treatment. Thank you.
