I have a vitamin d3 and b12 deficiency and hair loss. My doctor has recommended capsule bio d3 strong and capsule hairbless. My question is : whether i can take both the capsules at the same time? Which means after lunch or dinner.

HELLO, BIOD3 STRONG AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER WITH MILK. CAPSULE HAIRBLESS AFTER LUNCH. YOU CAN TAKE BOTH  AT NIGHT IN TEN MINUTES INTERVAL. O.K,BYE.
