Confusion in abortion. Concived child?

My age is 31 year I got married before 2 yr,last year december 2016 I had a baby boy by c-section operation,just after 6 month of cesor operation I had pregnancy hence I  aborted 5 week pregnancy by oral,vaginal pill and injection, now again after one year of first ceasor operation I had 8.5 weeks of pregnancy my first child is 1 yr old. We want more than 1 child but this is unplanned pregnancy hence I am much confused weather to continue this pregnancy bcz in future there my be problem in conciving nxt child as I am 31 yr old now and abortion may be problematic as I just 6 month before had abortion ..or ..should I abort it bcz my first child is 1 yr old weather I will give them attention ? Will this early pregnancy affect my concived child? Will again Caesear create any problem for . Kindly provide me  better solution weather to continue this pregnancy or not.
