It cnt be that you are pregnant again.
If you hv tested by kit then reading cn be false positive too.
Get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out retained products of conception.
Consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and further management regarding this

No first confirm the pregnancy by Bhcg.So value will tell about weeks of pregnancy.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy.I think first pregnancy is continued.After that meet to doctor for further details.
