Congested nose
10 years back I used to suffer with heavily running nose with thick yellow mucus everyday. Now congested nose and breathing issue. Sometimes it gets really irritating and hard to breath. Either my nose completely dry or mucus will keep on coming to my mouth and condition changea like every hour. What to do?

you seem to be suffering from common inflammatory condition of nose known as chronic rhinosinusitis. you need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy, CT SCAN of nose and sinuses. once the diagnosis is confirmed treatment can be either medicines or surgery depending the severity
