I have a bad cough, and i'm congested. i'm coughing up a bright green stuff.

If your cough is greenish then you might ve gotten a infection in the lungs for which a good antibiotic course may be required. Also a x ray of the chest would give an idea of the status of the lungs. Please visit a nearby specialist for examination and correct treatment.
