My baby have been feaver 100 to 101 ,after taken medicine p 125 ,feaver down one hour 98 ,after 1 hour fever come again.baby age 6 month,weight 8kg

Continue to monitor fever and give fever medicine, 4 ml to baby. And wipe baby top yo bottom with tap water yo help baby cool down. Get child seen by pediatrician for further treatment and management.
