Consistent fever (covid and typhoid)
My mother tested covid positive on 14th April. She had fever, mild cough, headache and taste loss earlier. She had proper medications. Now taste came back, no cough, no nose blockage, no headache. but fever is still there. We did again some tests and her widal test came 1/160 which is I think edge level of catching typhoid. We also noticed in test that monocytes are quite low. But doctor asked to continue same medication that was being used for covid treatment. She is now extremely weak and fever is still there around 99-100 and sometimes more than 100. She is having sugar problem. Oxygen level is ok ranging between 95-97. Please help me with right suggestions what can we do so that her fever can lessen now. Please help.

I think this is post covid  inflammatory response. Should an offline consultation.
