Consistent high Hb1Ac level (>8.0)
I am diabetic since last 5 years. Currently I am taking Amryl M2 500mg BID. My sugar level in Hb1Ac is in between 8.9 o 8.1 in last one year. Last reading was 8.5 tested in the first week of june'17. Should I change my medicine please suggest.

Your hba1c shows that diabetes isn't in a good control. Before changing medicines , you should ensure that you have been taking medicines regularly and have been following dietary precautions as well as exercising regularly. Based on that,  a slight modification or a complete change in the medicines can be advised.
