Seems like food poisoning, loose motions will follow. Give light meals more frequently, including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. Give syp ondem 7.5 ml for vomiting half hour before meals, add syp satrogyl-o 7.5 ml and syp vizylac 5 ml,both twice a day for 5 days. Use syp anafortan 7.5 ml for stomach ache and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like dullness or fever or refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician.
