He repeating what he says, extreme fear, too much of superstitious belief, scared to meet people, loss of appetite, was consuming anxit 0.25mg for 2 & half years recently affected & treated for ischemic stroke

this could be behavioral symptoms of dementia... as it require to investigate further.. you should consult to psychiatrist...as in your case patient too old you case consult online also...anxit is not sufficient to treat this condition...
