Constant chest pain
My doctor says I have anxiety because I have been experiencing tight chest pain constantly for 3 months. Every day non stop, it does sometimes get to the point I struggle to breathe. Even relaxing by the pool or going on a short walk doesn't make it any better. I have had heart tests such as echocardiograms and they come back clear. I have no other symptoms for anxiety as I'm generally a calm person and lead a happy life, with little stress and hardly ever feel anxious. is this anxiety?
