I have been suffering from pain in right shoulder & below shoulder back side (near shoulder wing)
,I tried stretching but the pain seems coming back after some relief.I am working as IT professional,please help!

Serious trouble!!
Modern lifestyle has donated this problem to all the young crowd. Start giving time to yourself and start playing a game other than routine stretching exercises.
Please don’t start gymming!! Just a recreational sport will do.
Eat healthy, dont cut down on milk products and home made non ceg food.
Take breaks in between long sittings.
Take a chill pill. Remember that you are not the only one running the company!! The company will do as good as anyday even without you. All the best
