Constant fatigue and mood swings
A few weeks ago I developed fever which lasted for over 3 weeks, it finally stopped only after a course of antibiotics (azithral 1000mg for 7 days) though the focus of any infection could not be determined. Two weeks since recovery I still feel tired all the time, get out of breath easily, feel more thirsty all the time and feel like there is water retention, and suffer from major mood swings where I get quite depressed or anxious.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Many times the site of infection cannot be determined. If you want to determine, then a lot of tests will be required but the treatment will be the same. Anyways, as of now you can take a tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Drink plenty of fluids. Drink glucose water also. Best regards.
