Constant gastritis and unable to eat
Hello. I am 15 years old. I was ill for 1 month with a really high fever and constant vomiting after eating anything. I went to the hospital and i was admitted, and my urine and blood was taken for testing and cultures. I was told that i have a urinary tract infection, and i was given IV antibiotics for 5 days. Then i was given an oral antibiotic course for 3 days - so 9 tablets. One day after finishing the course, i started experiencing extreme pain in my upper abdomen and ribs after eating

This is due to gastritis ( may be due to the antibiotics)
Advice ,
Kindly avoid spicy food
Add more of vegetables and fruits to your diet
Tab.pantoprazole 40 mg 0-0-1 (before food once daily )
If pain is intolerable or worsening or persisting kindly visit emergency in any nearby hospital or a gastroenterologist consultation
