You can take a tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
Do yoga/meditation and pranayama everyday.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Avoid eating outside.
Tab. Pan-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
